I’m Tina, a Registered Psychologist dedicated to supporting adults who face challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem through a holistic approach.

My journey into counseling began when I experienced the profound impact of an exceptional therapist. I strive to provide that same level of support that fosters lasting change. I often use a sparkle of humor in sessions, which lightens the journey.

While my primary focus is on trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem, I also address a variety of concerns, including sexuality-related challenges, grief, perfectionism, overworking, life transitions, and relational issues. My goal is to create a warm and inviting space where you can feel safe to explore the different aspects of your life and identify what to embrace, strengthen, or let go.
